Where can I find...
Some sort of very low carb cookies or other treats? Christmas-y, preferably. A friend of mine does that nonsense, and I thought I'd get her something to make up for always harrassing her about it. I looked at some recipes but they all sound complicated and have crazy ingredients and also I can't bake.
Funny t-shirts? Crude, crass, dumb, I don't care. For men who enjoy fishing and drinking beer and wearing such shirts.
Why, thank you.

US Flight Connections Question

I know that there's some savvy travellers out there who can help me out. I'm going to Las Vegas at the end of January and at the moment the cheapest option for a return flight has two connections, one in Houston and the other in Chicago with only 50 minutes between each flight. Is this enough time? I don't have any experience with connecting flights in the US so I'm pretty clueless...The flight is overnight so I would think that airport traffic would be pretty slow, if that makes a difference?
Thank-you!
Thank-you!

I've been getting my eyes checked at Lakewood medical ever since I can remember.. I'm overdue for a update on my prescription but am no longer covered by my parents benefits. They want to charge me $70! Is that about the regular price? Is there anywhere that will do them cheaper?

Any telus customers out there have any good/bad experience with Blackberrys, specifically the Tour or this Storm 2 thingy? I think it may be useful, or the bane of my existence and would like to know which before signing my life away.

If anyone is taking Introduction to Roman Culture (CLAS 1280) with Dr. Chlup at the U of M, I have both books that I want to get rid of. "Daily Life of the Ancient Romans" by David Matz and "The Aeneid: Essentials" or whatever. 10$. Pick-up only at the U of M. Normal wear/tear (mostly from being sshoved into my purse). Comment here. Thanks!

hi
another "where can I find" post
I'm re-doing my room and I need wooden hangers.. somewhere i the range of 200..ish
The cheapest I could find were two for $1.25 at Dollarama and 2 for $1.00 at the dollar store in St. Vital (obviously I would go with the second option)
I looked into wholesale and anything I would be saving would be lost in shipping costs anyways
Any other suggestions or do you fine folks think I should just stick with the 2 for a buck deal?
THANKS

This might seem like a silly question, but I'm from a small town, and I haven't actually gone to a proper doctor aside from a walk-in clinic since I moved.
Does anyone know where one would get consultation/treatment for depression in the city? I live in the River Heights/Grant Park area if location is key. Any help would be appreciated; thanks. ♥

Yup... and no, this is not a rant about how they should/n't come back. This is a good ol' fashioned winnipeg community "where can I find..." post...
I'm looking for a thick fleece blanket with the winnipeg jets logo on it? Has anybody seen any in stores anywhere? Or know of where I can order it online? If that fails, anywhere that sells jets stuff? There was a little kiosk in polo last year, I think from Dick's Bucket in Osborne, that if I recall correctly had some smaller jets items; can anyone confirm of deny that?

Good resturant for a family dinner that are between the ages of 40 to 70? Haha. My mum, grandma and aunts want to take me out today for my birthday and I'm not sure what place to suggest that is good food, not too loud, and reasonable price
